To change the account used for your loan payments, simply reach out to us through chat with your new account details, and we’ll forward the request to our lending partner, Banxware, on your behalf. Alternatively, you can contact Banxware directly at [email protected].
Either way, you’ll receive an email to sign off on the change online, and the details will be updated.
The entire process usually takes just one to two working days, so you can get back to making your repayments as usual!
