For card payment, the following methods are supported: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All payouts via Vivid are processed exclusively in EUR. However, your customers can pay in any currency. Currency conversion is handled by the cardholder’s issuing bank, which may apply exchange fees. If your clients have questions about the exchange rate used for their transaction, we recommend they contact their bank for more details.
Please note that payments can be made using cards issued worldwide, except in the following countries:
