The service fee is applied only to the principal amount of the deposit (total deposits minus total withdrawals). It does not take into account any market fluctuations—whether they are gains or losses in asset value. If your portfolio balance is zero, no further service fee is charged.
When is the service fee for Model Portfolios charged?
We perform the fee calculation daily, but charge it only once per month—either on the first day of the month or at the time of a withdrawal. We deduct the commission from the cash portion of your portfolio. If there is not enough cash in the portfolio to cover the fee, it will not be charged immediately. Instead, it will be charged once sufficient funds become available.
Please note: when withdrawing all funds from your Model Portfolio, the fee will be deducted directly from the withdrawal amount. In this case, you will receive the total amount minus the fee. You can find both charged and pending fee amounts in the details of the portfolio you have chosen.
