You can withdraw cash at any ATM that accepts Visa. Every plan includes a monthly allowance of free withdrawals. Once you go above it, a fee applies to the amount higher than the allowance, not to the whole withdrawal.
Your free cash withdrawal limit depends on the type of your account (company or freelancer) and your tariff plan.
If you have a Company account (Registered Company, Founder Account, NPO or e.K.):
Free Start: 100 EUR free per month, then 2%
Basic: 200 EUR free per month, then 1%
Pro, Enterprise and Enterprise+: 500 EUR free per month, then 1%
If you have a Freelancer account:
Standard: 200 EUR free per month, then 3% (minimum 1 EUR)
Prime: 1,000 EUR free per month, then 3% (minimum 1 EUR)
Pro: 1,500 EUR free per month, then 3% (minimum 1 EUR)
Pro+: 2,000 EUR free per month, then 3% (minimum 1 EUR)
Additionally, for freelancer accounts, if your withdrawal is below 50 EUR, a 3% fee (minimum 1 EUR) will always be applied.
Any withdrawal above 50 EUR will be taken into account of the free limit usage.
Your allowance resets when your plan renews, so it follows your subscription date instead of the calendar month.
Some ATMs charge their own fee, separate from what Vivid charges. The ATM shows this fee on screen before you confirm the withdrawal.
Withdrawing in another currency. The withdrawal fee is the same whichever currency you withdraw. A currency mark-up applies on top for the conversion: 2% on Free Start, 1% on all other plans, and no mark-up on freelancer Standard.
