When selecting the Interest Account from the main menu, you can view your income for the entire account for the selected period, including realised income. The amount includes both earnings on uninvested funds and earnings on funds invested in strategies.
After selecting a strategy, the total return of the strategy, as well as each of the assets’ return are indicated in the strategy details, for the selected period. The button to select the period is located at the top, next to the total balance on the main screen, and next to the variable rate on the strategy details screen.
The strategy return will show the total gain/loss from the current strategy, including uninvested cash and investment performance (both realised and unrealised), for the selected period, but not earlier than the date the strategy was selected. We calculate performance every day and do not reset it during withdrawals. The value will be reset when the strategy changes.
Next to each strategy asset, you can also find the return for the selected period. This amount includes both realised gain or loss (if the asset or part of it was sold) and unrealised gain/loss (from the remaining part in the portfolio). The amount will not be reset even if the asset was completely sold - in this case, the amount will reflect the fixed income of the asset for the selected period. The income amount will be reset when the strategy is changed.
Please note that an asset’s return takes into account not only its price, but also the difference between the purchase and sale price (bid-ask spread): the asset is sold at a slightly lower price, according to the distribution of orders in the order book. Therefore, immediately after purchasing an asset, you may see a negative return. Changing strategies too often can lead to losses.
