How can I book a flight in my Vivid Business account?

Updated this week

You can now book flights for yourself, your employees, or even an external guest, directly from your Vivid Business account using the Travel feature.

How to book a flight

  1. Go to the Travel section in your Vivid Business account.

  2. Tap on Flight.

  3. Choose your departure and destination cities, dates, and traveller.

  4. Browse available flights, and select your preferred option.

  5. Customize your booking with additional services such as seat selection, extra baggage, or more.

  6. Review your selection and confirm the booking.

Pricing shown in the results will include the airline fare and taxes. Fees for booking extras and a service fee from our partner may be added later, depending on your selection. Before paying, you’ll see a full breakdown of all applied fees.

After booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when entering the traveller’s information. You might receive multiple emails, depending on the airline.

You can also view your booked flights by going to My Trips under the Travel section.

What’s included in the price?

The total amount you pay when booking a flight through your Vivid Business account includes several components:

  • Airline fare and taxes: This is the base price of the ticket, broken down into the fare (charged by the airline) and any applicable taxes (also charged by the airline).

  • Vivid payment fee for the booking: We apply a small fee to cover the cost associated with this special booking and payment integration. This includes:

    • 3% of the ticket price (but not less than €3)

    • A fixed €5 fee for any extras you select (such as extra luggage)

You will see these fees before you finish the booking.

Managing your flight and staying informed about changes and cancellations

Any updates about your flight (e.g., time changes or gate updates) will come directly from the airline. Make sure to check your emails regularly or visit the airline’s website before you travel.

If your flight is cancelled, you should receive information about compensation, rebooking, or changes directly from the airline, in accordance with their policies.

You can cancel or reschedule your flight depending on your ticket conditions. If your fare allows it, this can be done directly on the airline’s website or in the ‘My Trips’ section of the Vivid app.

Vivid’s payment fees that apply to the booking won’t be refundable.

How do I check in?

Please check in directly on the airline’s website. Some airlines may also send a separate email with a check-in link.
