How can I integrate my Vivid Business with BuchhaltungsButler?
Log in to your BuchhaltungsButler account and go to Settings.
Add a new connection: Click Bank and Payment Service Provider → Add connection.
Select finAPI: Choose Bank details via finAPI.
Find Vivid (Bank Circle): In the bank search, type Vivid (Bank Circle). Accept the terms and conditions, then click Next.
Enter your Vivid Business email: Use the email address you registered with Vivid Business.
Log in to Vivid Business: You’ll be redirected to the Vivid Business login page. Sign in with your Vivid Business credentials.
Choose your money account: Select the money account you want to connect to BuchhaltungsButler.
Confirm permissions: Review and confirm the connection.
Create a booking account (recommended): Choose how to handle the new account in BuchhaltungsButler: Create new booking account (recommended), Use existing, or Ignore.
Set the sync start date: Pick the date from which BuchhaltungsButler should start syncing your data (up to 90 days in the past), then click Link.
That’s it! Your BuchhaltungsButler account is now connected to Vivid Business, and your transactions will start syncing automatically.
