What is sevDesk?

sevDesk is a cloud-based accounting software tailored for freelancers, self-employed professionals, and small businesses. It provides a wide range of financial management tools, including online invoicing, expense tracking, VAT management, and financial reporting to simplify your accounting needs.

How can sevDesk be useful for business owners?

  2. VAT Management: Automates VAT calculations and filings, making it easier to stay compliant with tax regulations without manual effort.

  3. Comprehensive Financial Reporting: Generate detailed financial reports to gain insights into your business performance, helping you make informed decisions and manage cash flow effectively.

How can I integrate my Vivid Business with sevDesk?

  1. Log in to sevDesk: Go to the "Zahlungen" menu and select "Bank-Konten."

  2. Search for Vivid (Banking Circle): Use the search field to find "Vivid (Banking Circle)" under “Bankkonto.”

  3. Set the Start Date: Vivid Business provides access to transactions from the past 90 days by default. Select your desired start date and click “Weiter.”

  4. Authenticate with finAPI: You'll be redirected to finAPI, the secure interface partner. Enter your Vivid Business email address and click “to Your Bank” to proceed.

  5. Log in to Vivid Business: You'll be taken to the Vivid Business login page. Enter your credentials to complete the connection.

  6. Select Accounts: Choose the Business and money accounts you want to link. Confirm the connection by clicking “Grant Access to X Accounts.”

  7. Finalize the Integration: Review the account details to be integrated with sevDesk, then click “Continue” to proceed.

  8. Complete the Setup: You’ll be redirected back to sevDesk. Review the linked accounts again, and click “Konten anlegen.”

Your sevDesk account is now connected to Vivid Business, and your transactions will automatically sync daily.
