MoneyMoney is a banking and finance application developed for macOS that helps you manage both personal and business finances in one place. You can connect multiple bank accounts, view balances and transactions at a glance, and monitor your overall financial health.
How can MoneyMoney be useful for business owners?
Comprehensive Multi-Account Overview with Insights: Manage all your accounts in one place—including checking, savings, credit cards, securities, PayPal, and even cash accounts—and view balances, transactions, and cash flow.
Efficient Transaction and Payment Management: Initiate transfers, schedule future and recurring payments, process batch transfers, SEPA mandates, and direct debits—all within the app. You can also import and export data using widely accepted formats like CSV, CAMT, MT940, OFX, and SEPA-XML.
Secure, Automated Categorisation & Budgeting Tools: MoneyMoney retrieves your data securely, stores it in an encrypted database on your Mac, and provides powerful categorisation tools. How can I integrate my Vivid Business with MoneyMoney?
Log in to MoneyMoney Application: Open the MoneyMoney app and click “Add Accounts”.
Enter IBAN: Type in the IBAN of your Vivid Business money account that you’d like to connect, then click “Next”.
Enter Email and Select Vivid: Provide the email address you used to register with Vivid Business. Under “Access With”, choose “Vivid (PSD2 Online Service)”, then click “Next”.
Review Data Sharing: You’ll be asked to give consent for the data shared between MoneyMoney and Vivid. Click “Agree” to continue.
Log in to Vivid Business: You’ll be redirected to the Vivid Business login page. Enter your Vivid Business credentials to log in.
Choose Account: Select the money account you want to integrate with MoneyMoney.
Confirm Connection: You’ll be redirected back to MoneyMoney. Confirm the connection to finish setup.
That’s it! Your MoneyMoney app is now connected to Vivid Business, and your transactions will sync automatically.
