How to export operation attachments from your Vivid Business Account to Lexware Office?

Updated this week

Automatically sync invoices and documents from Vivid to Lexware Office

With your Vivid Business account, you can easily enable automatic exports of invoices and any documents attached in the Bookkeeping tab directly to Lexware Office.

Note: This feature is not available to customers on the Free Start or Standard tariff plans. It is also inaccessible to team members with the ‘Employee’ role in a Vivid Business account.

Once automation is enabled, your invoices and bookkeeping documents are exported regularly to Lexware Office. This ensures that your tax advisor always has up-to-date access to your financial data — with no extra clicks required.
