To access this feature, simply log in to your Business Account via the Web Interface. Navigate to the sidebar menu and click on the Bookkeeping logo—it's the second option from the bottom.
How can I use the Bookkeeping feature with external bank accounts?
Our Bookkeeping feature isn’t limited to transactions within your Vivid Business account. We understand that managing multiple business accounts can be time-consuming, requiring you to log in to different platforms just to keep track of your finances.
To simplify this process, we’ve made it possible to link external bank accounts to our Bookkeeping feature—giving you a centralised view of all your transactions, even from non-Vivid accounts.
How to Link an External Bank Account:
Navigate to "Accounts" > "Link External Account."
Follow the steps to securely connect your external bank via our trusted partner, Salt Edge.
Once linked, transactions from your external account will appear in the Bookkeeping tab. You can attach documents, add notes, and mark transactions as reviewed—just like you would with your Vivid transactions.
Managing Linked External Accounts:
Open the sidebar menu and click "Accounts."
Scroll down and see the linked account. Here, you’ll see your linked bank accounts, where you can renew or unlink connections as needed.
