Receiving EUR worldwide*
If you have an NL IBAN, ES IBAN, IT IBAN, FR IBAN or an LU IBAN (with BIC VVIDLUL2XXX) that is EUR-denominated:

If you have a DE IBAN:
DE IBANs can only accept SEPA transfers and international transfers from U.S.A in either USD or EUR. Open an account with an LU IBAN and share those details with your counterparty.
Receiving other currencies*
If your non-EUR currency account has a DK or an LU IBAN (with BIC BCIRLULLXXX):
Share the account details with your counterparty and receive transfers from over 50 countries.
The transfers will be converted into the currency of your account from any of the currencies listed here.
If you have an LU IBAN (with BIC VVIDLUL2XXX) that is non-EUR denominated:

Important to know
Any transfer you receive in a different currency will be automatically converted into the currency of your account.
Certain sending banks may require intermediary BICs, which can vary depending on the currency of the transfer. You can always find the correct intermediary BICs directly in the app or in our article here.
*EUR, USD and GBP IBAN’s have different IBAN types, depending on when you opened the account. Make sure to double check the country code and BIC of the IBAN to determine which countries apply.
