Anyone within the business account can initiate direct integration, as long as they have the Owner, Admin, or Assistant role.
To get started, ensure you have access to your iPaidThat account.
Note: It is important that, when you are linking your Vivid account to iPaidThat, the email address you use to link is the one you are also using for your Vivid account.

You can follow these easy steps to integrate it with your Vivid Business account:
Log in: Go to your iPaidThat account.
Locate connections: Navigate to the section that manages connection options or integrations.
Select your Bank: From the dropdown menu, search for Vivid as the service you want to connect. Depending on your specific Vivid account, it may also appear as “Vivid (Banking Circle)” or “Banking Circle - German Branch”. Then enter your Vivid Business registered email address.
Sign in: You'll be redirected to the Vivid Business login page. Enter your Vivid Business credentials.
Sync data: Here, you can select the specific Business Account and money accounts you wish to integrate. After making your selections, confirm the connection by clicking 'Grant Access to X Accounts.'
Confirm connection: last, you will be directed back to your accounting software to confirm the connection.
