Yes. Hibiscus is a free online-banking program (Windows, macOS, Linux) that runs on the Jameica platform. It connects to your Vivid Business account via FinTS: you can see your accounts, balances and transactions and send SEPA transfers. Setup takes about 15 minutes.
This integration is available for businesses based in Germany. Any team member can set it up, whatever their role.
Before you start
Install Jameica from willuhn.de and add the Hibiscus plugin (File → Plugins online suchen → Hibiscus).
Keep the Vivid app or Vivid web at hand: you will confirm the connection there.
Step 1. Create your FinTS PIN in Vivid
Open Vivid Business and go to Transactions → Bookkeeping → Bookkeeping software.
Generate a PIN. Copy it: you will need it in Hibiscus.
Each new PIN replaces the previous one. If you delete the PIN, Hibiscus loses access.
Step 2. Add Vivid in Hibiscus
In Hibiscus, open Bank Connections and create a new FinTS/HBCI PIN/TAN access.
Enter the details:
Bank code (BLZ): 20220867
Bank server URL: api.prime.vivid.money/fints (without https://)
Port: 443, filter: Base64, version: FinTS 3.0
User ID and Customer ID: your phone number, +49…
Save and click Test configuration. Enter the PIN from step 1.
Choose the confirmation method and confirm the login in the Vivid app or in Vivid web.
Click Synchronisieren to load your accounts and transactions.
Good to know
You can send single SEPA transfers in EUR. Instant transfers, batch transfers and direct debits are not supported.
For security, a session ends after 5 minutes without activity. After 5 wrong PIN attempts, FinTS access is blocked. To unblock it, delete the PIN in Vivid and generate a new one.
