How do I go about changing my current plan?

Here's how to switch your tariff plan:

  1. Log in using either the Web Interface or the Vivid Money App.

  2. After logging in:

    1. On the Web Interface, go to your Profile, which can be found in the bottom left corner.

    2. In the Vivid Money App, tap on your Profile located in the top left corner of the screen.

  3. In the Profile menu, select 'Plan & Limits.'

  4. Click on 'Change Plan.'

  5. Choose the plan that best fits your needs.

  6. Review the details carefully, then click 'Continue.'

  7. If everything looks correct, click 'Confirm.'

  8. If you're currently on a Free Start, or Standard plan, your new paid tariff plan will take effect immediately. However, if you're already on a paid plan, the new plan will activate once your existing subscription period ends.
