How do I go about changing my current plan?

You will be able to upgrade or downgrade your tariff plan at any time. Here's how to switch your tariff plan:

  1. Log in to your business account on our website using this link.

  2. Once logged in, navigate to your Profile located on the bottom left side of your screen.

  3. In the Profile menu, select 'Plan & Limits.'

  4. Click on 'Change Plan.'

  5. Choose the plan that best fits your needs.

  6. Review the details carefully, then click 'Continue.'

  7. If everything looks correct, click 'Confirm.'

  8. Your plan change will take effect immediately.

Kindly be advised that the Vivid Business tariff plan can only be modified through our web interface.
