How do I go about changing my current plan?

You will be able to upgrade or downgrade your tariff plan at any time. Here's how to switch your tariff plan:

  1. Log in using either the Web Interface or the Vivid Money App.

  2. After logging in:

    1. On the Web Interface, go to your Profile, which can be found in the bottom left corner.

    2. In the Vivid Money App, tap on your Profile located in the top left corner of the screen.

  3. In the Profile menu, select 'Plan & Limits.'

  4. Click on 'Change Plan.'

  5. Choose the plan that best fits your needs.

  6. Review the details carefully, then click 'Continue.'

  7. If everything looks correct, click 'Confirm.'

  8. Your plan change will take effect immediately.
