You can easily update the email address associated with your account using the Vivid Money App. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Vivid Money App.

  2. Navigate to your Profile, located in the top right corner of the app interface.

  3. Select "Personal Information."

  4. Tap on "Email Address."

  5. Enter your new email address.

  6. You will receive an email with a One-Time Password (OTP) code. Enter this code in the app to confirm the change.

If you encounter any issues during the process or if you only have access to your account through the web interface, please contact us via Chat. You can find the Chat option in the bottom right corner of the web version of your account.
