To redeem your Cashback, follow these steps:
Web Interface
Open your Business account.
Go to the ‘Rewards’ section in the sidebar menu.
Click on ‘Redeem’.
A confirmation pop-up will appear; click ‘Yes, Redeem’.
The Cashback will be credited to your Main account.
Vivid Money App
Open the Vivid Money App.
Go to the ‘Rewards’ section at the bottom center of the interface.
Click on ‘Redeem’.
A confirmation pop-up will appear; click ‘Continue’.
The Cashback will be credited to your Main account.
Once redeemed, the Cashback amount will be credited to you as cash. You can make purchases with the redeemed Cashback and even earn more Cashback by using your card.
Redemption may only be made to an active Vivid Money account - we don’t pay to external accounts.
Note: Only users with Admin and Owner roles can redeem Cashback.
Can I redeem my Cashback at any time?
Absolutely! Generally there are no restrictions on when you can redeem your Cashback. You can redeem it at any time and use the money right away.
Any restrictions for irregular use cases (like for inactive or seized accounts) are in the full Cashback conditions. Note that we reserve the right to change the Cashback program in the future.
