How to Change Your Home Address in the Vivid Money App:
Open the Vivid Money App.
Navigate to your Profile.
Select "Personal Information."
Click on “Address.”
Enter your new address, then click “Continue.”
Review the address and click “Confirm Address.”
If you encounter any issues during the process or if you only have access to your account through the web interface, please contact us via Chat. You can find the Chat option in the bottom right corner of the web version of your account.
Please note that we may request additional documentation to verify the new address to ensure the security of your account. We kindly ask you to prepare a utility bill that shows your new address for the verification process.
