How do I export any documents I have uploaded to my business account?

If you are either an Owner, Admin, or Assistant on the account, you can export statements and uploaded documents. You can do this either in the app or on the web.

From the Vivid app:

  1. At the bottom of your screen, click Transactions

  2. Near the top right corner, click the little Export (down arrow) button

For Statements:

  1. Select the relevant accounts

  2. Select the period

  3. Select the format - PDF, CSV or MT940

  4. Select the language

  5. Click ‘Get a statement’

  6. The statement will then appear and in the top right corner, you can then click to send the document via email or other methods as well.

For Documents:

  1. Select the relevant accounts

  2. Select the period

  3. Select the operation type (Inbound and Outbound transfers and Purchases)

  4. Select ‘Get documents’

  5. Select the emails or manually enter the email address you wish for the documents to be sent to

  6. That’s it! They will arrive usually within a few seconds, depending on how many documents are sent.

From the web interface:

For Statements:

  1. From the main screen, click ‘Export’ on the top right side.

  2. Select Statements.

  3. Select the relevant accounts

  4. Select the period

  5. Select the format - PDF, CSV or MT940

  6. Select the language

  7. Click ‘Download’

  8. That’s it! It will be immediately downloaded to your device.

For Documents:

  1. From the main screen, click ‘Export’ on the top right side.

  2. Select Documents.

  3. Select the relevant accounts

  4. Select the period

  5. Select the operation type (Inbound and Outbound transfers and Purchases)

  6. Select ‘Get documents’

  7. That’s it! They will be immediately downloaded to your device.
