How do I export any documents I have uploaded to my business account?

Anyone on the team—Owner, Admin, or Assistant—can export uploaded documents. You can do this either in the app or on the web.

Follow these steps to export your transaction invoices or receipts:

  1. Open Your Business Account

  2. Navigate to Transactions

    • Web Interface: 'Transactions' is located on the left sidebar menu.

    • Vivid Money App: Find the 'Transactions' menu at the bottom center of your screen.

  3. Click Export and choose Documents

    • Web Interface: The Export button is at the top right corner.

    • Vivid Money App: The Export button appears at the center of your screen after clicking 'Transactions.'

  4. Choose Your Filter:

    • By Account

    • By Period: Current month, previous month, current quarter, previous quarter, all time, or custom date range.

    • Transaction Type: Inbound, outbound, or purchase.

  5. Click ‘Get documents’

    • All documents within the selected filter range will be sent to the email address associated with your business account. Alternatively, you can choose to send them to other team members within your business account.
