Currently, we offer three types of financial documents:
Account Statement
An account statement is a summary of financial transactions detailing the activity within an account over a specific period.
This document is available in PDF, MT940, and CSV format which is available to be downloaded directly from your business account, either from our web interface or from your Vivid Money App.
To obtain this document, simply open your business account, select the desired account to receive the statement from, choose the date, timeframe, file type, and preferred language, and then click download.
Payment Confirmation
A payment confirmation is a document verifying that the transfer of funds, has been successfully processed and completed.
This document is available in PDF format which is available to be downloaded directly from your business account from our web interface.
To get this document, just open your business account, go to Transactions, select the transaction you want confirmation for, choose your preferred language, and click download.
You can send the payment confirmation directly from your business account to the recipient's email—no need to download the document. This feature also lets you customize the email content and send a copy to your own email address. For further details, visit this page.
Account Confirmation
An account confirmation is a document confirming ownership of the account by the company, containing details such as IBAN, the company’s name, and address.
This document is provided in PDF format.
You can easily download the document directly from your business account. It’s accessible both through the web interface and in the Vivid Money App (available on Android). Just select the account for which you need the account confirmation, click on “Account Confirmation,” choose your preferred language, and then download the document with a single click.
Please note that for EUR accounts with both a Local Tab (DE IBAN) and an International Tab (LU IBAN), the Account Confirmation will only include details from the Local Tab. If you require an Account Confirmation with the International Tab details, please contact our support team for assistance.
