Can I integrate my Vivid Business account with any accounting software?

Yes, you can easily integrate your Vivid Business account with accounting software.

We understand the value of this integration in optimizing your business operations. Setting up the connection between your business account and accounting software is straightforward and typically takes 10-15 minutes.

Any role within the business account can initiate direct integration, whether it's the Owner, Admin, or Assistant.

Note: It is important that, when you are linking your Vivid account to any of these software, the email address you use to link is the one you are also using for your Vivid account.

What if the accounting software I am using is not listed here?

You can follow these easy steps to integrate it with your Vivid Business account:

  1. Log in: Go to your account in the accounting software you wish to connect with Vivid Business.

  2. Locate connections: Navigate to the section that manages connection options or integrations.

  3. Select your Bank: From the dropdown menu, choose Vivid (Banking Circle) or Banking Circle - German Branch as the service you want to connect. Then enter your Vivid Business registered email address.

  4. Sign in: You'll be redirected to the Vivid Business login page. Enter your Vivid Business credentials.

  5. Sync data: Here, you can select the specific Business Account and money accounts you wish to integrate. After making your selections, confirm the connection by clicking 'Grant Access to X Accounts.'

  6. Confirm connection: last, you will be directed back to your accounting software to confirm the connection.
