What happens if I don’t have enough balance to pay an installment?

Repayments are automatically processed every week via direct debit. If there’s not enough balance to cover your payment, the direct debit will fail.

Don’t worry, though – there will not be an immediate penalty. Our partner Banxware will reach out to you via email and/or phone with all the details you need on how and where to transfer the amount for the missed installment.

Once you've made the transfer, weekly direct debits will continue as usual so ensure the linked account has enough funds for the upcoming installment.
