Interest Strategies offer an opportunity to invest the cash inside your Interest Account, aiming for potential growth with a moderate level of risk. Unlike earning a fixed annual interest rate, these strategies allow you to diversify your holdings and pursue additional returns.
Each strategy consists of several assets with different levels of expected return and risk. The strategy includes several bond Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), which provide broad diversification and security, provided by ratings from leading agencies such as S&P, Moody's and Fitch. Bond funds selected for the Interest Strategies are issued in Euro and consist of corporate bonds across all sectors (industrials, utilities and financial companies). One of the assets in the strategy is cash, which generates income at a fixed rate, as you are used to from our past offering. The strategies differ from each other in the composition of assets and the distribution of funds between assets.
The choice of strategy will become available automatically after the end of the promotional period. You can also choose a strategy without waiting for the end of the promotional period. To do this, select Strategy mode in the switch next to the account name. After switching to Strategy mode, you can return to Fixed-rate mode without losing the promotional rate - simply select Fixed-rate mode again.
In the Interest Account section, you can find a description of each strategy and each ETF in the strategy, including the expected return (learn more about how the variable rate is calculated here), the history of asset price changes and a link to a detailed description.
