What is the E-commerce Plugins feature, and how does it work?

The E-commerce Plugins feature lets you connect Vivid’s payment gateway with your website, allowing you to accept card payments directly through your online store. This enables a fast and secure checkout experience for your customers.

You can access this feature via the web interface under “Get Paid” → “E-commerce Plugins.”

How to Set It Up

  1. Get Your Card Payment Application Approved

  2. Install the Plugin

    • From your business account, view the list of supported e-commerce plugins and download the Vivid Payment Gateway plugin. We’ll be adding more integrations as time goes on.

  3. Generate and Enter Your API Key

    • Click “Generate Key” to create your unique API key. You’ll only be able to view and copy the full key once, so be sure to save it securely.

    • Paste the key into the plugin settings within your CMS.

    • If lost, you’ll need to generate a new key, which will deactivate the previous one and require reconnecting your integration.

  4. Start Accepting Payments

    • Once connected, you can begin collecting payments through your website. All incoming funds will appear in your Merchant Account, accessible via the “Get Paid” section of your business dashboard.

    • You can withdraw available funds from your Payout Balance to your EUR account at any time. Read more here.

Are there any fees?

There’s no cost to integrate or generate your API key—it’s included in your tariff plan.

However, a transaction fee applies to all funds collected via card payments. View detailed fee information here.
