To access the Business Brokerage, you need to have an active Vivid Business account. You can enter Business Brokerage either by:
choosing Business Brokerage in the bottom navigation bar, or
creating a new account via Accounts → New Account → Business Brokerage.
Once inside, you will see the Business Brokerage as part of your accounts overview.
Only users with the role of Owner or Admin in the company’s Vivid account can open a Business Brokerage.
What do I need to provide?
At the moment of creating the Business Brokerage, no extra data is required beyond your existing Business account. However, when you make your first purchase or deposit, you may be asked to provide additional information depending on your business type:
Freelancers: you’ll be asked to enter your Tax Identification Number (TIN).
SMEs (companies): you’ll be asked to provide a valid LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) code.
At this stage, you will also be asked to accept the necessary consents for investing into QMMF (for financial assets) and EURC (for crypto).
