Scheduled payouts

Updated today

How do scheduled payouts work?

Scheduled payouts allow you to automatically transfer your available funds on a regular basis — so you don’t need to initiate payouts manually each time.

This feature is available to you if you have the role of Owner or Admin in your Vivid Account and if you have:

  • an active Payment terminal, or

  • you have ordered a Payment Terminal

Where can payouts be sent?

You can choose between:

  • your Vivid Business account, or

  • an external account (IBAN)

How often can payouts be made?

You can select one payout schedule:

  • Daily (on business days at 10:00 CET)

  • Weekly (every Monday at 10:00 CET)

  • Monthly (the first business day of the month at 10:00 CET)

Only one schedule can be active at a time.

Please note, while the payment is initiated at 10:00 CET, this does not necessarily mean the payment will also be received at exactly the same time. There may be a delay due to transfer processing times or public holidays, for example.

How do I set up a scheduled payout?

  1. From the main screen, click on Get Paid

    1. If you are using the app, click on your Merchant Account

    2. If you are using the web-version, scroll to the Merchant Account section

  2. Click Schedule payout

  3. Enable scheduled payouts and click Save

  4. You will then be able to select your payout destination - either your main Vivid business account or an external account

    1. If you select an external account, you will need to enter the IBAN and also upload a bank statement showing the IBAN, bank name and the account holder/company name as evidence. The account holder name must match the name of your Vivid business account.

    2. This will need to be reviewed by our team to verify the correct details

  5. Select the payout frequency (daily, weekly or monthly)

What happens if I don’t have enough funds?

Before each scheduled payout, we check your available balance. If the balance is below EUR 50, the payout will not be executed.

Can I still make manual payouts?

Yes. Scheduled payouts do not replace manual or instant payouts — you can continue to use those at any time.
