How do I get an invoice for my tariff plan?

An invoice for every tariff plan fee you have been charged is available to you in your account and a new invoice will be generated on the first day of the month after your last tariff plan fee was charged.

You can simply follow these steps to access the invoices:

  1. Access the Plans section

    1. In the app, click on the cogwheel in the top left corner to access the “Plans” section

    2. In the web version, hover over your Profile in the bottom left corner and click on “Plans and limits”

  2. Click on “Billing history”

  3. That’s it! From here, you will see all of your historical invoices that are able to be downloaded in PDF format.

Please note that our tariff fee does not contain any VAT. Usually payment services and services in context are exempt from VAT.However, it is your responsibility to clarify any taxes that you need to pay with your tax adviser.
