No, there are no fees charged during the founding phase, even if you select a paid tariff plan.

If you’d like to see the details of each tariff plan and its benefits, here’s the list you can check.

Here’s how it looks regarding the tariff plan charging timeline:

  1. During the Application Process

    • During the application process, you can choose a tariff plan for your business account that is similar to the General Business onboarding. You can select from Free Start, Basic, Pro, or Enterprise.

  2. Before Providing the Registration Extract

    1. You have up to 3 months from the opening of the Founder Account to provide the registration extract. During this period, there will be no charges to your business account, even if you select a paid tariff plan such as Basic, Pro, or Enterprise.

    2. Additionally, you can change your tariff plan during this period without incurring any fees.

  3. Fully Activated Business Account

    • Once your business account is fully activated, Vivid Business offers a 2-month free trial as a welcoming gift, and you can enjoy the full benefits of your chosen tariff.

    • Only after the free trial ends will your account be charged accordingly.

    • If you decide to change your tariff plan during the 2-month free trial after your business account is fully activated, you will forfeit the remaining free trial period and be charged immediately for the new tariff plan.

Important note:

In the event of a Founder Account closure due to the failure to provide the registration document within 3 months of account opening, additional fees for identification and fraud investigation will be applied. To see the fees applied, please check our terms and conditions for Founder Accounts.
