Apple Pay & Apple Wallet
You can add your Vivid card, whether it's a virtual or physical card, to Apple Pay in two different ways.
Option 1 : Add your Vivid Card to Apple Pay via the Vivid Money App
Open the Vivid Money app and go to the Cards section on the main screen.
Select the card you want to add.
Tap “Add to Apple Wallet.”
No additional verification is required when adding the card this way.
Option 2: Add your Vivid Card directly from your Apple Wallet
If you don’t have access to the Vivid Money app, you can still add your card using the card details available in the Web Interface.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay.”
Select “Add Card.”
Enter your Vivid card details (Bank name: Vivid Money).
Tap “Add.”
Complete the verification process via the Vivid Money app or SMS OTP.
Google Pay
Adding a Vivid Card, whether it’s a virtual or physical card, to Google Pay is available in all our main countries: Germany, Spain, Italy, France, and the Netherlands. You can add your Vivid card to Google Pay in two different ways:
Option 1: Add your Vivid Card to Google Pay via the Vivid Money App
Open the Vivid Money app.
Go to the Cards section on the main screen.
Select the card you want to add.
Tap “Add to Google Pay.”
No additional verification is required when adding the card this way.
Option 2: Add your Vivid Card directly to Google Pay
If you don’t have access to the Vivid Money app, you can still add your card using the card details available in the Web Interface.
Open the Google Pay app.
Tap your Profile icon and select “Add a payment method.”
Choose “Debit or credit card.”
Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
Accept the terms and conditions.
Complete the verification process via the Vivid Money app or SMS OTP.
If you’d like to use Apple Pay, Apple Wallet or Google Pay on multiple devices, you’ll need to add your Vivid card to each device individually. If you’ve requested a new card , you’ll need to add it again by following the standard setup steps. However, if you’ve only frozen the card in the Vivid app, it will work again immediately once the card is unfrozen.
