You can top up your Vivid Business account in two convenient ways:
Bank Transfer
You can add funds to your Vivid Business account via SEPA or International Transfer. To top up, simply log in to your Vivid Business account and copy your account details. Then, initiate the transfer from your other bank using these details.
For SEPA transfers, ensure you use the account details from the Local tab (German IBAN). The turnaround time varies: an Instant SEPA transfer can take only a few minutes, while a regular SEPA transfer may take up to 2 business days.
For International Transfers, use the account details from the International tab (Luxembourg IBAN or Denmark IBAN for the Danish Krone account). The turnaround time for international transfers is up to 5 business days.
Are there any fees for bank transfers?
We don’t impose any fees for topping up your business account via bank transfers, whether it is a SEPA or International Transfer.
Card Top Up
You can also top up your business account instantly by using your debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. We currently accept cards issued by an issuer in EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
Using a Card:
Open your Vivid Business account in the app or web interface
Tap ‘Add Money’ and choose ‘From new debit or credit card’
Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
Enter the amount you wish to receive and select the account where you want the funds to be deposited.
Confirm the payment through 3DS.
Using Apple Pay or Google Pay
Open your Vivid Business account in the app or web interface.
Tap ‘Add Money’ and choose ‘Apple Pay’ or ‘Google Pay’
Enter the amount you wish to receive and select the account where you want the funds to be deposited.
Confirm the payment following your device instructions.
After your initial top up, your card details will be saved automatically for your own future use. This means you won't need to enter your full card information again; simply select the saved card you want to use for subsequent top ups.
Please note that only the person who linked the card details will be able to view them in the saved list. These saved card details will not be visible to other team members within the business account.
Please note that the card Top Up option is not available for Founder Accounts.
Is there a limit for top ups?
Minimum limit for top up: €1
Maximum limit for top up: The monthly limit for top ups are usually €5000 for Freelancer accounts and €10.000 for General Business. Any individual limits are visible in our app or web. In addition, Vivid reserves the right to limit the functionality due to compliance and fraud protection.
Are there any fees for card Top Up?
Great news! As part of our promotion, your first card top up is completely free (offer limited in time and valid until further notice). Enjoy a fee-free top up whether you have a business account or a freelancer account.

Please note that if you have a Personal account, there is a combined free limit for card Top Ups across both accounts. This means you cannot combine the free limits for card Top Ups using consumer debit cards within the same month.
Link your other bank account(s) to your Vivid Business
Lastly, you can also link your external banks to your Vivid Business account for seamless top-ups.
Steps to top up by linking your other bank account:
Open your Vivid Business account web interface.
Tap ‘Add Money’ and choose ‘Link an account from another bank.’
Select your external bank from the provided options or search for it using the finder button.
Enter the login credentials you use for that external bank. Depending on the bank, you may need to confirm the link via 3DS, SMS, or fingerprint.
Once confirmed, you’ll be redirected back to your Vivid Business account, and your external bank will be instantly linked to your account.
Enter the amount you’d like to top up and select the account where you’d like to receive the funds.
Finally, click ‘Send’.
After your initial top up, you can save your linked bank account details for your own future use. This means you won't need to enter your other bank account details again; simply select the saved linked account if you want to use it for subsequent top ups.
Please note that only the person who linked the bank account details will be able to view them in the saved list. These saved bank account details will not be visible to other team members within the business account.
For the turnaround time, transfers from linked accounts typically take up to a few minutes if it can be processed as instant SEPA and up to 2 business days if it’s processed as regular SEPA. Please note that International Transfers are not supported by this method.
Are there any fees for topping up with linked accounts?
We don’t charge fees to top up your business accounts with linked accounts from other banks. However, if the sender bank charges fees, they may apply.
Is there any limit on how many external bank accounts I can link with Vivid Business?
There’s no limit on how many external bank accounts you can link with Vivid Business. Once you make the initial top up, the details will be saved, and will show as an option for your future top ups.
What if I can't find my external bank account?
If you can't find your external bank account, it means that we currently do not support that particular bank. Please link another bank account or use another method to top up.
