Once your business account is active, you can easily invite new team members by following these step-by-step instructions:
Web Interface
Open your Vivid Business account by clicking this link: https://business.vivid.money/en/onboarding/login.
Go to the Team menu
On the top right corner, click add a team member
Choose between Admin or Assistant
If your role is an Admin, you can only invite Assistant
Enter email address, name, and surname
Email invitation to proceed with IDV will be sent to the invitee. The inviter can also copy the link for invitation and send it directly to the invitee
Vivid Money App
Open your Vivid Money App
Click on the profile icon at the top left corner of the interface
Click Team
On the top right corner, click add a team member
Choose between Admin or Assistant
