How do I change my card's details or reissue my card?

Changing the details of your card entails two different processes, depending on the type of card:

  • For virtual cards: Modifying the full card number, expiry date, and CVV number, which happens instantly.

  • For physical cards: Requesting a re-issue or ordering a new physical card with updated details. This requires the new physical card to be delivered to your address once again.

You can update your card details through either the web interface or the app:

  1. Navigate to the Cards section in the left-side menu of the web interface or scroll down to the My Card section if you're using the app.

  2. Select the card you want to update.

  3. Click on "Reissue."

    • For virtual cards: Click "Get New Card Details," and the new details will be displayed immediately.

    • For physical cards: Choose the reason for reissuing (lost, damaged, or other reason), then confirm the delivery address and method. The physical card will then be re-ordered.
