Adding a Vivid Card, whether it’s a virtual or physical card, to Google Pay is available in all our main countries: Germany, Spain, Italy, France, and the Netherlands.

You can add your Vivid card to Google Pay in two different ways:

  1. Add your Vivid Card to Google Pay via the Vivid Money App

    1. Open your Vivid Money App

    2. On the app’s main screen, scroll down to cards

    3. Click on the card they want to add

    4. Select “Add to Google Pay”

With this option, no additional verification is required.

  2. Add your Vivid Card directly to Google Pay

If you don't have access to the Vivid Money App, no problem! You can still add your card to Google Pay by getting your card details from the Web Interface.

    1. Open the Google Pay App

    2. Tap on Profile then click “Add a payment method”

    3. Select “Debit or Credit card”

    4. Enter the card number

    5. Enter the validity date and CVV

    6. Accept the terms and conditions

You will then be prompted to verify your card, either within the Vivid Money app or through SMS OTP.

If you want to use Google Pay with more than one device, you'll need to add your Vivid card to each device separately.

If you've blocked your card or requested a new one, you must follow the instructions provided to add the new card. However, if you've simply frozen your card within the Vivid app, you can resume using it with Google Pay immediately upon unfreezing it.
