If you are the cardholder, you can change your card's PIN either through the Web Interface or the App.
Access the "Cards" Section:
Web Interface: Navigate to the "Cards" section in the left-side menu.
App: Scroll down to the "My Card" section.
Select Your Card:
Choose the card you want to modify.
Change the PIN:
Click on "Change PIN."
Set your new PIN following the guidelines provided.
Activate Your New PIN:
For a physical card, once you've chosen your new PIN, you'll need to activate it by using your card at an ATM. In Estonia, Finland, or France, you can set the PIN while checking your account balance at an ATM. Note that the contactless function does not apply to this process.
PIN Guidelines:
The PIN must be purely numerical.
It should consist of exactly 4 digits.
Avoid repeating three or more digits consecutively.
Ensure that all 4 digits are not in sequential order (e.g., 1234 or 4321).
Your PIN should not match your card number.
