After receiving your physical card, it's essential to activate it before you can start using it. You can do this through the web interface or the app:
Access the Card in your business account:
Web Interface: Navigate to the "Cards" section on the left-side menu.
App: Scroll down to the "My Card" section.
Locate Your Physical Card:
Find the physical card you ordered by matching the last four digits number between the card you received and the one shown in the account.
Click on the card and select "I got the card" in the web interface or "I received the card" in the app.
Verify Card Details:
Check the cardholder’s name and the last 4 digits of the card number.
If the details are correct, click on "All Correct."
Set Your PIN:
Choose a PIN for the card, ensuring it is not a sequence or repetitive numbers.
Activate the card by using it at an ATM. In Estonia, Finland, or France, you can set the PIN while checking your account balance at an ATM. Note that the contactless function does not apply to this process.
Important Notes:
All team members in the company can confirm that the card has been received and verify if the details are correct. However, only the cardholder can set the PIN. For other team members, the "Set PIN" option will not be available.
