Why am I unable to process International Transfers?

If you are unable to process International Transfers, there could be several reasons. Here are some common issues and solutions:

  1. Account Blocked or Restricted:

    • Please check your email or the Support → Ticket section of your Vivid Money App in case there is a pending request for information from our side. If not, please contact our support channel, and we will look into the issue.

  2. Recipient’s Bank Not Supported:

    • Ensure that the recipient's bank is located in a country supported by our services. You can find a list of supported countries here.

  3. Insufficient or Unacceptable Documents/Information:

    • The documents or information you provided are not acceptable or sufficient. In this situation, we will return the funds to your account.

Please note that we also do not support ACH and Wire transfers (local American schemes). Therefore, any payment in USD must be sent via SWIFT or other internationally supported methods.
