What About Fees?
Receiving International Transfers: Typically, a flat €5 fee applies per incoming international transfer. However, as part of our current promotion, this fee is waived, so you can receive international payments with no deductions.
Sending International Transfers: Choose the fee structure that suits you best:
Shared Fee (SHA): Split the fee with the recipient, with a fixed charge of €5 per transaction.
Sender Covers All Fees (OUR): Pay a flat €30 to cover all transaction costs.

Multi-Currency Support
Vivid Business streamlines global payments with support for 22 currencies, enabling you to send and receive funds worldwide in multiple currencies. You can find the complete list of supported currencies on this page.
For enhanced flexibility, you can maintain multiple currency accounts within your business account. Opening non-EUR currency accounts is free within your tariff plan's limits, with additional accounts available starting at just €1 to €3 each, depending on your plan.

Real-Time, Commission-Free Currency Exchange
Convert currencies between your accounts in real-time with zero commission. Our rates are available 24 hours a day, 5.5 days a week. This service is accessible from Monday at 8 AM Sydney time (Monday at 00:00 CEST or 01:00 CET) until Friday at midnight Western US time (Saturday 09:00 CEST or 10:00 CET). Please note that exchanges are unavailable on banking holidays; the full holiday schedule is available on this page.
Invoice Recognition Feature
Making payments is now simpler than ever. With our invoice recognition feature, there’s no need to manually enter recipient details. Just upload an invoice, and our system will automatically detect the recipient's name, IBAN, and bank information. This minimizes the risk of human error and incorrect transfer details.
