How do I send international transfers with my Vivid Business account?

All roles in a business account can initiate transfers, except for the ‘Employee’ role. For users with the ‘Assistant’ role, any transfer will be sent for approval to an ‘Owner’ or ‘Admin’.

  1. Go to the ‘Payment’ tab in your business account

  2. Select ‘Send Money’

  3. Enter the recipient’s details. Ensure not to use any special characters.

    1. Recipient name or company

    2. IBAN or account number

    3. BIC or SWIFT code

    4. Reference

  4. Enter the amount you’d like to transfer.

  5. Choose the account you’d like to transfer from.

  6. Select the fee category. You can find all of our transfer fees here.

  7. Click ‘Pay XXX EUR.’

Sending Transfers from Your EUR Account

If you're sending funds from your EUR account, international transfers are supported to the countries listed below. Your funds will be converted from euros to one of the supported currencies before sending. You’ll see the exact conversion rate in the app before confirming your transfer.

If you’re sending funds from a currency account other than euros—like USD, GBP, or CHF—international transfers are available to the following countries:

Important Information

  • Some countries only support business-to-business (B2B) transfers. That means you can send funds only to another registered business account—not to individuals.

  • If the recipient’s bank is located outside the supported countries, the transfer can’t be completed.

  • Transfer methods: We do not support local U.S. wire transfers. All USD payments must be sent via SWIFT, ACH, or other internationally supported methods.

The countries supported for outgoing international transfers depend on the IBAN of your money account.
