To initiate International Transfers, you can use the Web Interface or the Vivid Money App. Here’s a step-by-step process:

Web Interface

  1. Open your business account.

  2. Click ‘Payment’ on the sidebar menu.

  3. Select 'Transfer.'

  4. Fill in the recipient’s details, including:

    • Recipient name or company

    • IBAN or account number

    • BIC or SWIFT code

    • Reference

  5. Enter the amount you’d like to transfer.

  6. Choose the account you’d like to transfer from.

  7. Select the fee category:

    • You pay all the fees (30 EUR - OUR): The recipient will receive the full amount you input.

    • You share the fees with the recipient (5 EUR - SHA): The recipient may receive a lesser amount due to the shared fee.

  8. Click ‘Pay XXX EUR.’

Vivid Money App

  1. Open your Vivid Money App.

  2. Select the account you’d like to transfer from.

  3. Click 'Transfer.'

  4. Fill in the recipient’s details, including:

    • Recipient name or company

    • IBAN or account number

    • BIC or SWIFT code

    • Reference

  5. Enter the amount you’d like to transfer.

  6. Choose the account you’d like to transfer from.

  7. Select the fee category:

    • You pay all the fees (30 EUR - OUR): The recipient will receive the full amount you input.

    • You share the fees with the recipient (5 EUR - SHA): The recipient may receive a lesser amount due to the shared fee.

  8. Click ‘Pay XXX EUR.’

The transfer will be initiated. Depending on your role, it will either be processed immediately if you’re an Admin or Owner, or it will be sent for approval if you’re an Assistant.

Please note the following details regarding International Transfers:

  • Minimum Amount: The minimum amount required to initiate an international transfer is €1 or equivalent in any currency.

  • Maximum Amount: There is no upper limit for international transfers. However, certain large transactions may require additional information or documentation. If further details are required, you will be notified via email or push notification from the Vivid Money App.

  • We also do not support ACH and Wire transfers (local American schemes). Therefore, any payment in USD must be sent via SWIFT or other internationally supported methods.
