To gain full access to your business account, follow these steps:
Provide the Registration Extract:
Obtain the registration extract from the commercial registry.
Request for Information:
We will send you a Request for Information (RFI) 2-3 business days after your Founder Account is opened. You can view this request in your email or the ticket section of your business account in the Vivid Money App.
Submit the Registration Extract:
You have 3 months to provide us with the registration extract.
Document Review:
Once submitted, we will review the documents and provide you with our decision within 3 business days.
Account Activation:
If approved, your account will be fully activated, granting you access to all features, including a 2-month free trial of the tariff plan you chose during onboarding.
If rejected, we will close your Founder Account according to our terms and conditions for Founder Accounts. Please check here for the full terms and conditions.
Important Note:
If you cannot provide the registration extract within the 3-month deadline, we will close your Founder Account and return the share capital directly to the shareholders who made the deposit.
