Can any organisation open a Vivid Business account?

The Vivid Business account is a service designed for organisations of any legal entity type as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • Any company’s legal entity must be registered within Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland.

  • Any Non-profit Organisations such as associations, foundations and charities must be registered in Germany and adhere to these regulations

  • All directors must have a residence in an EEA country or Switzerland

Vivid also provides services for sole proprietors who operate under a specific legal form registered in the following countries:

  • Austria: Einzelunternehmer, Neue Selbständige

  • Cyprus: Self-Employed

  • France: Entreprise Individuelle (EI), Entreprise Individuelle à Responsabilité Limitée (EIRL), Société par Actions Simplifiée Unipersonnelle (SASU), Entreprise Unipersonnelle à Responsabilité Limitée (EURL)

  • Germany: Kleingewerbetreibende, Freelancers (Freiberufler:innen), eingetragene Kaufleute (e.K.)

  • Italy: Impresa Individuale, Ente Privato Economico (EPE), Lavoratore Autonomo, Libero professionista

  • Luxembourg: Indépendant

  • Netherlands: Eenmanszaak

  • Portugal: Trabalhador Independente

  • Spain: Empresario Individual

  • Switzerland: Einzelunternehmen/ Entreprise individuelle/ Ditta individuale

At this time, we accept Founder Account applications under the following legal types:

Germany

  • GmbH i.G.

  • UG i.G.

The Netherlands

  • BV i.o.

  • NV i.o.

Spain

  • S.L. en formación

  • S.A. en formación
