You can access your account details, including your IBAN and BIC, directly from your business account. To view these details, log in to your account and select the specific money account you'd like to check.
If you have multiple money accounts, please note:
Each account has a unique IBAN.
For EUR accounts, you will find two types of IBANs:
Local IBAN (German DE) for SEPA transfers, located under the Local tab.
International IBAN (Luxembourg LU) for international transfers, located under the International tab.
Non-EUR accounts will only display a single IBAN.
If you need an official document with your account details, we can provide an Account Confirmation. This document includes key information such as your IBAN, BIC, company name, and address.
This document is available to be downloaded directly from your business account, both from the web interface and in the Vivid Money App (available on Android). Just select the account for which you need the account confirmation, click on “Account Confirmation,” choose your preferred language, and then download the document with a single click.
