How can I manage or modify my business trip booking?

To manage your booking, log into the Vivid App for mobile and navigate to My Trips, select your booking, and open it. You’ll find the Cancel button at the bottom of the page.

Once you cancel through Vivid, no further action is needed elsewhere. However, refunds depend on the offer’s conditions, which are always stated before booking. Some bookings are non-refundable, while others allow cancellations with a refund based on the provider’s policy.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email from both Vivid and the provider (e.g., Booking.com or Expedia). For any further questions, please refer to the provider’s confirmation email and contact their customer service directly.
