Fees
There’s no additional charge for creating invoices or generating a payment link.
However, if you choose to accept card payments from your customers, a fee will apply to each completed transaction.
The fee amount depends on:
The type of card used by your customer (e.g., EEA consumer cards or other cards)
Your current tariff plan
Limits
Vivid Business customers can receive up to EUR 5,000 per individual card transaction. For card payments exceeding this limit, we recommend offering your clients an alternative payment method to ensure a smooth transaction process.
If you are using our POS Terminal, the monthly transaction limit is EUR 100,000. If you are acquiring via online payments (e-commerce or payment link), the monthly transaction limit is EUR 25,000.
