What is a Payment Link, and how can I create one for my customers?

Updated this week

Unlike invoice-based payments, Payment Links allow you to collect payments without creating an invoice first. Just generate a link, share it, and start accepting card payments instantly.

This feature is available on all tariff plans, accessible to all the Owner, Admin, and Assistant roles within the Business Account, with no limit on the number of links you can create and send.

Key Benefits

  • Get paid with a simple link: Skip the invoice—create a payment link in seconds, share it anywhere, and receive payments instantly.

  • Boost your revenue by offering convenience: No logins or extra steps for your customers—just tap, pay, and done. It's fast, secure, and frictionless.

  • No website? No problem! Accept card payments even without an online store. Share links via chat, email, or social media.

  • Track, manage & share offline: Monitor payment activity in real-time, pause or reactivate links as needed, and use QR codes for seamless offline payments.

How to Generate a Payment Link

  1. Go to “Get Paid” → “Payment Links” → “Create a Link”

  2. Enter a title and the amount to be collected

  3. Toggle on “Reusable Payment Link” if the link should support repeat purchases

  4. Click “Create Payment Link”

  5. Copy and share the link with your customers

Your customers can then pay by using their card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or by scanning a QR code. You can pause or re-enable the link at any time.

Please note that invoices or payment links cannot be edited once generated. If you need to change any details—such as the amount or product information—you’ll need to cancel the existing one and create a new version with the correct information.

Tracking Payment Links

All your links can be viewed and managed under “Get Paid” → “Payment Links”.

Are There Any Fees?

Generating payment links is free and included in your tariff plan. However, a transaction fee applies to all payments collected via card. View detailed fee information here.
