Once you have initiated a transfer, it is not possible to cancel it.
The next step we always recommend is that, if possible, you contact the recipient and ask them to return it themselves. This will always be more efficient.
Also, if the recipient account does not exist anymore, the money should return in a few days, as the recipient bank will decline it.
If you cannot contact your recipient to return it, or if the money does not return, you can contact our customer support team to see if a transfer recall is possible. The availability of a transfer recall depends on several factors before we can make this request with our partners.
Kindly note that the submission of a recall request to our partner does not constitute a guarantee of success, since the outcome remains subject to the response provided by the recipient’s bank. It may take up to 15 days to receive a response regarding the success of the request.
If the request was successful, the funds will automatically be credited back to your account.
If the request was unsuccessful, there is nothing further we can do to assist with this transfer.
