What is a Digital Employee?

Digital Employees are AI-powered teammates that take care of routine tasks so you can focus on what really matters. They work directly with your documents, communicate like real colleagues, connect with the tools you already use, and securely apply your own data to deliver faster results.

Here are our three Digital Employees:

  • Lucas the Legal AI Assistant

  • Anna the Personal AI Assistant

  • Emma the Finance AI Assistant

Currently, Lucas (Legal AI Assistant) and Anna the (Personal AI Assistant) are available to use.

What can Digital Employees help me with?

  • Documents: Share requests by text or voice, upload files, and receive ready-to-use documents in formats like DOCX or PDF.

  • Effortless communication: Each assistant has a dedicated email address. Add them to your email threads or forward conversations, and they’ll pick out what’s needed to get the job done.

  • Tool Integration: Connect your assistants with Google Drive and Google Docs to store, edit, create and manage files without leaving your workflow.

  • Personalized assistance: Assistants learn from your previous tasks and use that information to help with new ones faster. For example it can use your company’s details to quickly create contracts with new suppliers.

How can I start using digital employees?

You can access your Digital Employees from the “AI Team” section located at the top right of your home screen in the app and through a dedicated tab in the web interface. After signing up, you can start using them immediately with no special requirements or lengthy onboarding needed.
