Communication: Lucas can be involved in your email workflow. Just forward any email to Lucas’ dedicated address (you’ll find it inside the app). You can forward emails directly to Lucas’ address, and it will pull out the full conversation and attachments, then create a new chat in the app with all the context, there will be no need to copy-paste or re-upload. You can access Lucas chat from the “AI Team” section located at the top right of your home screen in the app and through a dedicated tab in the web interface
