Vivid Business provides a comprehensive solution designed to meet the diverse needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and Freelancers.

Setting itself apart from our retail product, we focus on assisting businesses with their day-to-day operational requirements.

This account allows companies to manage incoming and outgoing transactions tailored to their business needs. It is also accessible through the Vivid Money app and via the web interface, providing users with greater flexibility.

Additionally, our business account allows for the export of transaction data in CSV or MT940 format, which is compatible with accounting systems such as DATEV, Lexoffice, and Debitor.

Last, our business account offers options for adding different roles and managing permissions, from all accesses and permissions of an Admin to the view-only role of an Assistant. It's all available no matter which tariff plan you choose.

Nevertheless, the primary function remains consistent: facilitating incoming and outgoing payments.

Typically, companies open at least one business account immediately after registration. Depending on their requirements, they may opt to have multiple business accounts across different banks or financial institutions.
