The Vivid Business account is a service designed for organisations of any legal entity type as long as they meet the following criteria:
Any company’s legal entity must be registered within Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland.
Any Non-profit Organisations such as associations, foundations and charities must be registered in Germany and adhere to these regulations
All directors must have a residence in an EEA country or Switzerland
Vivid also provides services for sole proprietors who operate under a specific legal form registered in the following countries:

Cyprus: Self-Employed
