I’m an Assistant and my payment is still pending. What should I do?

Here's how to send a reminder for a pending payment approval:

  1. Log in to your Vivid Business account: https://business.vivid.money/en/onboarding/login.

  2. Navigate to the Transactions section in the sidebar menu.

  3. Look for the notification titled Transfers Pending Approval at the top center of the interface.

  4. Click on the specific transfer you'd like to send a reminder for.

  5. Select the option to Send a Reminder.
